This film is a profound, alternative look at the global bee crisis. It takes us on a journey through the catastrophic disappearance of bees and the mysterious world of the beehive. It is engaging and ultimately uplifting as it weaves an unusual and dramatic story of the heartfelt struggles of beekeepers, scientists and philosophers from around the world.
Following the film we will discuss other pollinators found in your garden and make plans for building bee/bug hotels in the village. We will have bee-ID charts, seeds for bee friendly flowers and a ready-to-plant root of the early flowering dwarf comfrey Symphytum ibericum.
